  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
  • Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return unless damaged or defective.

  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you will receive return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
